Who We Are
Antvic Ltd is a London-based principal contractor with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale residential conversion, refurbishment, and new-build projects. We act as CDM Principal Contractor on all projects, taking full responsibility for coordinating health and safety across all contractors and disciplines on site.
Based in Waltham Cross, our management team brings deep technical expertise in programme delivery, commercial management, and statutory compliance. We manage every phase from pre-construction planning and procurement through to building handover, aftercare, and defects resolution.
Our safety culture is embedded at every level. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance, maintain comprehensive RAMS libraries, and conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks across all active sites.

Full JCT D&B delivery — coordinating design teams, managing subcontractor packages, and taking contractual responsibility for both design compliance and construction quality.
CDM Principal Contractor
We take on CDM Principal Contractor duties on all our projects — coordinating RAMS across all contractors, maintaining the Construction Phase Plan, and managing statutory HSE obligations.
Programme Management
Detailed construction programmes, 4-week lookahead planning, subcontractor coordination meetings, and rigorous progress monitoring — delivered weekly to client teams.
Quality Assurance
Structured quality inspection hold points, snagging management using digital inspection tools, and final sign-off processes ensuring full compliance with Building Regulations and specification.
Commercial Management
Subcontractor procurement, interim valuations, variation account management, and monthly cost reporting — maintaining full commercial transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Construction Phase Plan
A comprehensive Construction Phase Plan is maintained and updated throughout the project, covering all hazards, control measures, emergency procedures, and welfare arrangements.
RAMS Management
All subcontractors are required to submit activity-specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments before commencing work. RAMS are reviewed, approved, and communicated to all operatives.
Toolbox Talks & Briefings
Regular toolbox talks are conducted by the site management team covering current hazards, near-miss learnings, and task-specific safety reminders. Attendance is mandatory and recorded.
